Pricing information, terms and conditions:-

 

· Prices quoted are based upon the Retail Recommended Price (RRP) for Herbalife Switzerland.

· Please enquire for pricing in Germany and France as RRP’s are country specific.

· “Order Value” for the Christmas 2008 Super Saver means product cost excluding delivery charges.

· All order requests will be confirmed by e:mail, including full quotation for products to be ordered and delivery costs.  For orders to be processed a confirmatory e:mail to accept this quotation must be received.

· Payment - Payment can made be in advance by credit card (5% supplement) or bank transfer (payment must reach my account before order is processed).  Alternatively, I will telephone to arrange a suitable time to deliver and take cash on delivery

· Delivery:

· Products can be delivered by hand, for which there will be no charge within Basel Stadt.  Additional charge of 10 CHF for Basel Land.  Please contact me for delivery charges to other areas (must be within 50 km of Basel stadt).

· Alternatively, products can also be delivered direct from the Herbalife warehouse however postal charges will apply.

· If delivery is not possible due to a failure on your part (failure to be present at agreed time and location or not possible for postal delivery company to deliver), then I reserve the right to delay the delivery of the goods until after Christmas.

· Latest date for order processing is Thursday 11th December to be certain of delivery on or before Thursday 18th December.
